What our Parents have to say about Little Giggles:
“My child has been enrolled with little Giggles since 2014, it’s been 3 years now. I am very happy with the service. The Educator respects my child’s culture and home language. I enjoy their regular parent’s evenings, trips/excursions and playgroups”

Parent Information & Responsibilities
Communicate any details to your Educator that will assist in providing the best possible care and education for your child e.g. routines (sleeping, toilet training, television viewing) health problems etc. If required your Educator will provide you with a routine form that you can complete.
Ensure that adequate, nutritious and appropriate meals and drinks are supplied for your child.
Ensure that your child has adequate and appropriate clothing and nappy changes. It is important that they have a change of clothes so that they are free to play and get messy. Ensure your child has a hat appropriate for the weather and sun block in the summer.
Discuss any behaviour management practices with your Educator. It is important to note that any form of physical punishment is not permitted.
It is your responsibility to provide an approved child restraint to enable your Educator to take your child out in the car. No child will be transported without an approved car restraint according to their age. You can either leave your own or we may be able to assist.
Your Educator is not obliged to have ill children in care and if your child becomes ill while in care you may be required to collect the child immediately.
If your child has diarrhea or vomited they may not attend care for a minimum of 24hrs after the last episode. Also remember, that if your child is suffering from a contagious or infectious disease, they should remain away from the Educator's home until the appropriate time has passed.
Ensure that you arrive and collect your child at the arranged times and if there are changes to these notify your Educator. All care is charged for to the nearest ½ hour.
Good communication is vital between yourself and the Educator. Let your Educator know that you value and appreciate them.
Notify Little Giggles of any changes in circumstances or care arrangements. Changes of address and phone are needed in case of an emergency.
